I have tried to read "Fearless" with irony (it was very hard). But since i have read the anthology, or in other words, since i have not read anything of value, i am really scared about the future of EvE. I tend to act very slowly on such issues, but this is the first time since playing EvE that i consider leaving EvE to be an option.
As soon as weapons are buyable for AUR, i'm gone.
Btw, if the vanity-items were not destroyable (80Ç loss for being podded?), more people might buy this stuff. Please, if you want to squeeze money out of the community, don't make so ridiculous mistakes.

For me its a lives dream to become a codeveloper with CCP and Adressed my Studies towards this goal. 10 years ive been dreaming of this and i was willing to walk the road. But The Lack of communication is giving me doubts.
What Makes Eve Great is the symbiotic Relation betwean Developer and playerbase. Dont break it down pls...
My Advice: start looking for alternatives

According to the tally, CCP is down $806,760 on annual subscription fees.
$975,050 if half of those cancelled subscribers paid with euro's.
don't forget the fakeposts you can expect and those that were paid with isk. But if just 1/10 of these accounts were real paid accounts CCP would have to pay more than 1000 monocles (52 sold monocles were mentioned in Hilmars infamous email) and hope that until they are sold no more players quit. Not to mention those players which are scared away by the press which starts reporting about our issue.

What confuses me the most isn't vanity-items or CQ, it is the catastrophic pr ccp is doing right now. I guess ANY fast answer could have suffocatet this threat here.
